For any queries on any of our great courses or for private guiding, just send us an e-mail at info@mountaingirl.eu and we will get back to you right away.

To Book a course, workshop, or private guiding, simply fill out the 'Sign-up" form and e-mail it back to us. Don't forget, that because our courses and workshops have very limited spaces and guides that are in high demand, we can only reserve a space for you upon receipt of a 50% refundable deposit if it is 2 months before the start of the course... if it is less than 2 months until the start of your course or workshop, then the full amount is due (subject to terms and conditions):

(Important!: Do make sure you give your full name as reference, so we can trace your payment easily, otherwise our accountant threatens to quit working for us.)

Notes:
Basic Skills: For all the courses listed (except the Bouldering Courses), we ask that you already know how to belay and tie-in to your harness safely, even for beginner level courses. If you don’t know, or are a bit rusty, you can always visit your local climbing wall for a short weekend course or refresher workshop. We’ll be happy to recommend walls and courses if you can’t find one in your area. Some of the courses are more suitable to those with experience already; give us a call and we can help you find the course that will most benefit you.

Experience: Some of the courses (Intermediate Ice and Intermediate Alpine Rock, for example, offer options for you to practice your leading techniques. You don’t have to lead on these courses if you don't wish to, but if you do want to lead routes of this nature, we just ask that you also add a list of your leads that are relevant to the type of climbing you’ll be doing - e.g. list ice lead, route name, grade and dates for the Intermediate Ice Course/Leading, etc…) It helps us to choose routes and areas that are best for your level of experience.
